1.        Put on wear all safety clothing
2.        check electric to your grinder we recommend a variable speed 125mm low vibration grinder with safety guard.
3.        Place each disc in the centre  of the 115mm  plastic backing holder for fibre discs.  They have a dished centre.
4.         Each disc should be held on with a 115mm standard plastic backing holder.  The centre nut holds down the carborundum sanding disc to the M14 thread  spindle on the grinder.
5.        Tighten with standard pins on a grinder spanner.  (The nut will self tighten in use) but is safer.
6.         Recommended  RPM*  for 5″ 125mm discs  7200RPM

Maximum never exceed for 125mm discs   12200 RPM or 80 mps meters per scecond.

The flexibility also makes them very durable.

 I personally find that the spiral design is more flexible than other available designs.
