Fully continuous rim crowned core drill are the hardest most expensive to make. I am sure you appreciate how hard it is to make and cast only 1.2mm and weld PCP it to a steel sleeve.

These super fast diamond core drilling bits are the best I have ever used. in fact we recommend you use water to cool and lubricate the drilling. on 30mm granite expect a hole completed in 30 seconds used with a CNC and 60 seconds with a polisher.

I developed them with a large diamond tool company that works on glass, but we changed the bond (formula ) We added larger grit 40/50# diamond and added 3% Brass with other alloys (top secret mixture). the soft bond is brilliant. The life span is very good as the diamond are laired in rows similar to a ARIX or MATRIX design. We increased the % of diamond content after several test to what we feel makes a really durable long life core drill.

My only concern is that making them supper fast cutting = a thinner wall only 1.2mm thick. users should take grater care in using them and storing them.

Use with water and in a drilling rig vertically. side ways pressure may cause the thin wall to break especially when new.
