Black Piranha Granite blades are a softer/ bond alloy hot pressed segmented diamond blade. with 45/45 30% diamond grit, then cold gas dipped. This hardens the alloy but is left soft in the center to allow for exposing diamond. also the vast forced cold shrinks micro gas pockets in the metal.
