Only members can import items. We ask for this fee as profits are low and much time is taken in arranging your orders and quotations. We also need to pass on your details to relevant 3rd parties ie. transports firm, shipping, insurance companies, Customs & Excise, Iinland Revenue, border controls, service engineers. Yyou are agreeing to these terms in paying for a annual subscription.

Quotes and invoices are as stated in the invoice in relation to sales of goods act, valid for a period of 60 days normally. We can change prices quoted at any time for many reasons. (deliveries, tax increases) as shipments can take 3months to arrange. (It is our intent not to.)
