Different alloy bonds (metal for holding diamonds) are used for better effects on cutting different materials. (granite to soft lime stone, concrete, sandstone etc. Customers will need to order minimum quantities of 10 blades if they want them specially made to order. Production is around 30 days from receipt of money.

Types (blade core)

Normal solid = a very ridged blade best on cutting performance and if cutting deep volumes of materials. But is very loud or noisy.

Linings = Rubber inning are glued to the outer part of the blade to quiet en the ringing noise of the blade and reduce vibrations.

Silent = s are cut to solid blade changes the harmonics of a solid blade reduces the ringing but keeps stiffness of blade. rubber linnings are then added to reduce vibrations again. ( better than 2 laminated thin sheets of with copper center other design of silent core these flex )
